The place exceeded my expectations! I honestly wasn't expecting the food to be as good as it was! My friend and I shared the spicy chicken sandwich and the Greek salad. Both were delicious! The chicken was cooked perfectly and we liked the sauce on it. The salad was refreshing. My friend ordered the plate and petal burger and she really liked it, the meat was cooked well done. My other friend ordered the Asian salad and she really enjoyed it. The portions are perfect! In my photo it's half the chicken sandwich and a third of the Greek salad. Thank you to Marvin for his amazing service!! Marvin was kind and attentive :) We really enjoyed the ambiance, the music was so good and versatile. We sat in the patio and the decor is really cute and aesthetic :) For dessert we ordered and shared the tiramisu and the donuts. Both so good, they melt in your mouth. The tiramisu had the perfect texture and the donuts were perfectly cooked! Will definitely be back for more :)
I was kind of hesitant about this place because of the more recent reviews, but was pleasantly surprised. Plate and Petal has always been cute with their flower wall, but their service was always ok at best based off my prior visits, and I didn't know what to expect post pandemic times. I dropped by with a group of friends and they don't have as many desserts as they used to. There were only 4, cheesecake, brownies, bombolini, and creme brulee. We also ordered the mushroom pizza which was pretty good, but a bit soggy. They also have a full bar. Service isn't the quickest, but they're nice and don't bother you even if you've been there for a while. They don't validate parking in the big lot next door, but it's not too expensive.
Been here for multiple times & each time the experience gets better! This place is good for occasions and hanging out with your girlfriends for cute girl time. I absolutely love their avocado toast and coffee! Been here for a baby shower as well & it was pretty nice. You can take your own bottle & they charge a small corkage fee. 90 minute free parking on the structure nearby. Street parking available as well as valet & public parking. Glad this place opened up in Glendale cause we need places like that!!
I finally had a chance to go to Plate & Petal for breakfast last week. As soon as I walked in I fell in love with the place and immediately knew that the food and dessert will be as delicious as it looks. Great customer service and amazing food items on the menu. I tried the smoked salmon plate and steak and eggs breakfast and let me tell you both were amazingly delicious and the presentation was beautiful and appetizing. Can't wait to go back for lunch and dinner and try our more dishes. Their desserts are so pretty and delicious. The croissants and muffins are fresh and yummy, great selection on tea and coffee drinks. GottaTry this place you won't be disappointed...
I was a little worried seeing some of the negative reviews here but my experience was actually really good! I also thought this place was one of those restaurants that looked good for Instagram but had bad food - I was wrong! Came here for brunch and I got the mushroom omelette which came with a small side salad and my partner got the seafood rigatoni. Both were really delicious and flavorful. Hope they expand their menu a bit or make it a little more creative in the future. Service was also great. Our waiter was funny and attentive, and checked back regularly. Parking available at the side of the restaurant.
